DW Windsor, a renowned manufacturer of exterior lighting, required an internal staff programme aimed at creating a set of values and best practices that would motivate and inspire as well as engender team spirit and pride in the company.
We generated a range of naming options, STAR being favoured eventually for its dual relevence to 'star' employees and that stars shine brightly, just like DW Windsors products. I developed the motivating lines, and created the brand and design look and feel.
